dhost Global Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takahiro Wada; hereinafter “dhost”) hereby announces that its subsidiary, dhost Philippines Inc. (hereinafter “dhost PH”), has entered into a basic agreement with Globe Telecom, Inc. (Headquarters: the Philippines; CEO: Carl Raymond R. Cruz; hereinafter “Globe”), one of the leading telecommunications carriers in the Philippines, in connection with a contract for the acquisition and upgrade of indoor telecommunications facilities at 108 sites owned by Globe. These 108 sites bring to 128 in the cumulative number of sites where dhost PH has agreed to upgrade to provide IBS services in the Philippines.

 In connection with this agreement, dhost PH’s past initiatives with Globe were recognized, and dhost PH received Globe’s “2026 Partner of the Year in Connectivity” award at Globe’s Business Partners Appreciation 2026, held on May 14, 2026.

 This transaction marks Globe’s first sale-and-leaseback agreement for its own indoor telecommunications facilities and represents a major milestone, recognizing that the adoption of dhost’s infrastructure-sharing solution will contribute to improving the quality of Globe’s mobile communications services and reducing operating costs. Through this agreement, Globe and other carriers are expected to enhance communications quality and improve operational efficiency at the relevant sites.

 dhost provides infrastructure-sharing services at more than 1,500 sites across APAC, and its solution capabilities as well as its deployment and operational expertise have been highly regarded by telecommunications operators in each country. Going forward, dhost will continue to strengthen collaboration with Globe and other carriers and will remain committed to pioneering the future of neutral hosting and indoor digital mapping in the Philippines and across Asia.
